How to identify your chassis number

Your chassis number on a towable Jayco product will be found on the A-frame of the chassis.  This consists of 1 letter of the alphabet followed by 5 numeral digits.

Your chassis number on a motorhome will be found on the inside of the door of the gas bottle compartment.  This consists of 1 letter of the alphabet followed by 5 numeral digits.  If your motorhome was manufactured prior to mid 2020 this will be found as the “Contractor” reference.

If your motorhome was manufactured from mid 2020 onwards this will be found in brackets alongside the “Date of Test”.
